Keep Diving Specialty Course Director

It denotes a preparation on the ESA Instructor Course conduction.

An ESA IC Director has been trained by ESA Training Department.

After getting this certification, an ESA IC Director is authorized to promote and conduct ESA speciality Instructor Courses to instructor candidates.

Speciality IC Director Certification can be achieved by attending the ESA IC Director training that involves the entire Specialties field.

The candidates’ selection is made by ESA Training Department.

ESA Speciality IC Directors can promote and conduct ESA speciality Instructor Course at ESA affiliated facilities qualified as Keep Diving Specialty Course Director

ESA IC Point, ESA College or at other locations pre-approved and authorized by ESA Training Department.

In case of specific experience in particular diving areas, IC Directors can apply to get the authorization to promote, conduct and require license ratification for Specialty Instructor certifications; previous Specialty Instructor licenses can fulfill the experience requirement.

Prerequisites necessary for applying to ESA Speciality IC Director Program:

Be ESA IC Director and attend with the ESA IC Director Trainer the full ESA Speciality IC Course.

The acceptance of the entry form will depend also by the ESA Training Department evaluation of the candidate’s attitude and capabilities to cover the ESA Speciality Instructor Course Director Role.
