This certification level indicates a preparation that allows cooperating in ESA IC Director’s staff while conducting an ESA Instructor Course. ESA Teach Diving Prolevel Instructor

Prolevel Instructor training takes place together with an ESA Instructor Course, during which a Prolevel Instructor candidate closely operates with the IC Director and the rest of the staff.

ESA Prolevel Instructor level represents the certification degree following ESA Diveleader Instructor. ESA Diveleader Instructor does not require annual renewal: the instructor will renew only the higher certification level.

The only exception to this rule concerns the separate ESA First Aid Instructor renewal.

Prerequisites to enroll an ESA Prolevel Instructor program:
Be an ESA Diveleader Instructor
Be a renewed ESA First Aid Instructor
Have signed the ESA Professional Agreement
Have certified at least 30 ESA divers: 10 or more as permanent education certifications and minimum 3 as ESA Diveleader
Hold a current medical certificate
