 The course ESA Aqualeader has been conceived for introducing and developing the techniques and the useful knowledge to con  duct the training programs of the line ESA Aquatrek and to drive the excursions of snorkeling for individuals and groups, with the maximum respect of the safety. Through the study and the practical experience, under the guidance of qualified Instructor ESA, the participant improves his attitude to the sure practice of the snorkeling, learns the techniques to furnish assistance in case of necessity, acquires the techniques of teaching and management of the excursions of snorkeling, over that learns different useful duties during the daily job at snorkeling center, a star center, a club or a shop.  The course foresees the study of the manual ESA Aqualeader, the elaboration of  the information from the instructor and the carrying out practical activities. The finalities of the course foresee besides preparing the Aqualeader for intervention, organizing and conducting the rescue efforts in the sceneries of the emergencies that can be verified during the carrying out of the activities of snorkeling. The intervention is anticipated within the limits of the brevet and in absence of more qualified personnel, in places that mirror the same conditions met during the training phase.

Test of admission The people can be admitted that, also without specific certifications, show suitable competences theoretical and practical, overcoming positively the following tests: • To "float” free for 15 minutes • To "swim” free for 300 meters (any style) • To "swim” with fins, mask, snorkel and afloat life jacket for 500 meters • To "drag” an immovable person swimming for 100 meters taking care to maintain the aerial ways of the transported person above the level of the water, • To "recover” an object set on the bottom at 3 meters depth
