New Registration
Taking into consideration that the candidates are already professionals in recreational diving activities and in particular instructors, ESA Qualifying Program has been conceived to introduce and develop knowledge and techniques to promote, plane, manage and conduct ESA recreational training program. The course main aim is to reinforce the professionalism, and reorienting Diving Instructors from other Training Agency to the knowledge of the aquatic world in accordance with the ESA philosophy and about promotion, organization, management and conducting of main ESA Educational Programs. The ESA Instructor training process plays a fundamental role in the ESA Educational System. ESA Instructors are deeply involved about developing and practical application of the system. By the correct application of the system, ESA Instructors will permit the training and the improvement of new and expertise divers. Through the study and the practical experience, carried out under the guide of a qualified ESA Instructor Course Director, the participant improves personal attitude toward the safety and can discover and evaluate his/her teaching capabilities and limitation.The course require the study of the ESA Instructor Manual, the manuals of the ESA recreational diving courses, the presentations delivered by the ESA Instructor Course Director and his/her team, the evaluation of the underwater abilities, the evaluation of the aquatic rescue abilities, the conducting of theoretical and practical training sessions. The ESA Instructor training process, including the ESA Qualifying Program, plays a fundamental role in the ESA Educational System.ESA Instructors are deeply involved about developing and practical application of the system. To operate in places that are different of those encountered during the course, the Instructors have to receive specific adaptation. The ESA Instructor Course Director should fit the program to the participant needs and expectations, however all the course requirements must completely respected and satisfy. The purpose of the ESA Qualifying Program is to ensure the growth of future ESA Instructor based on the most advanced and technical diving information provided in a highly professional environment.
